Due to the difficult working conditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of CARE & FAIR Europe decided to pay for the financial year 2020-21 & 2021-22 a bonus (one month honorarium for each year) for all the Care & Fair teachers, doctors and staffs.

On behalf of the teachers of the Care & Fair schools, I’d like to thank you for the bonus you sent for them.
Needless to say, they are very happy and moral is high.
This has made the teachers feel appreciated for all the hard work they do.
When I see our results and the way the teachers slog with the students, I’m always impressed. There are so many schools in the vicinity and none of them come close to the kind of education standards our schools have achieved. There is scope for improvement and we do endeavour to give the teachers experiences which would help them improve their skills.
Also, in these very difficult times when expenses have doubled this has come as a lovely gesture and THANK YOU.
Much appreciate your thoughtfulness personally and it was a wonderful surprise for me too.
